How do bills work at Calverley Close?

Gas and hot water are covered under the monthly service charge (see below). No separate gas account is required.

Guardians are responsible for setting up an electricity account in their own name. Full setup instructions will be provided by the Help Desk Manager upon move-in.

A monthly service charge of £100 applies. This covers gas and hot water and general maintenance of the communal areas.
